Garisan pelepasan. hoho nervoussss. adrenaline rush[/caption]
Haa actually malam sebelum lari, I read a book, but only part of it. Motivational book that keep my motivation pumped up. It talks about believing. Your dreams, your future, yourself. If you once achieved what you aim for, the tendency to repeat the same achievements is very likely.
Training cross country pun dah seminggu actually. Not really matters but the point is, we actually testing the tract twice. First time, i'm estimating the distance and synching up with my stamina. The second time, trying to do my best time and finding which part to slow and maintain or boost.
tapi masa the event day, disebabkan adrenaline rush + nervous, breathing rate increases. I noticed the changes in my breathing. Need to calm down the breath but maintaining speed.
Controlling my mind for not to walk, when i'm out of breath still telling my mind to go on and have to slow jog even my body beg to stop. Imaginating the finishing line and achieving my best time the thing that push me forward. Also, distracting my mind from thinking of tiredness. I'm actually dah kat dalam hutan. By the time sampai bukit tu I thought one person is in front but he's too fast.
Sampai satu selekoh, photographer baru nak set up stand apa semua. haha so dapat la catch some of pics below. LoL

My team here doing great, keep it up guys. :D
