Today is just another of my revision and preparation for end semester exam. Recently, i read on an article saying reading through silent surrounding gives more attention and focus, so I tried and it works for me! Especilly during at your best state of health/body. Yeahh if your in the silent world while your body is neglecting to allow u to read, you will just end up sleeping or dreaming. haha!
So during your optimal body condition
(enough sleep, nutrients flowing adequately, oxygen concentration good and etc) ,
You might want to grab this chance and enhance it as much as you can, don't you?
Sometimes, people at their best body state still facing the problems of concentrating due to external factors like, surrounding noise, environment, brightness and so on. Or even because of yourself, having some unsolved personal problems, day dreaming and more. But that aside, let just asume we are at our best and the factors that distracting the study are this noise from your surrounding.
I face the problem, and now here I bought this ear buds. pair of it for around $5 via online ecommerse website. just used it for few times and it reduce most of the sound gradually as the thing made of rubber ( i don't remember the chemical name ) , can be squeezed and inserted in the ear canal. Later, it will slowly expands and fill up the gap in your ear canal. This will reduce the noise and you can enjoy reading or studying in your own 'silent world'

*p/s : many other ways of clearing up the noise, some might simply put in their ear pods and play some music, but here, we are focusing on 'silent world' of ours and only hear ourself talking .
