So that was the major problems i'm having for the first time involving in this business. Later on, in this year of 2016, I make my comeback and doing some improvision.
I'm very thankful by doing this business, other benefits that I get are meetup and contact with my customers who are also my friends. This way we get to interact with each other maintain the positive connections. Also, although people asking me a lot why I'm still doing this job eventhough the montly profits is not that much?? Well it's simply because I love to help others and meeting them and hear their story. In our atmosphere here, most of my customers are still using prepaid instead of postpaid. Sometimes, they have an urgency to topup to activate their internet data or going to make a phonecalls and etcetera. That is why I let them to hold the payment which later during rollcall on every night, they can pay it to me. I'm not very active in doing this since I haven't promote anywhere else except to my circles and my intakes. So I can call this my passive income, earning while helping others.
So just sharing, my August profit in doing topup business.

- missing record of my customers who owe me
- mixing of biz profit and my budget
- very hard to roll the profits
- hard time during my first year to adapt

- recording my daily sales and categorise it weekly and later monthly (excel)
- recording my flow of income (excel)
- tracking my daily expenses (excel)
- noted down the people who owe me and keep reminding them (on my laptop sticky notes)
- rolling the money by ask the help of my civilian friends
- allowing bills payment but only through bankin first.
