Trying to get in the cats niche at the teespring. Then I found the market is quite large and quickly I grab my pen tool and start some vector artwork for a cats theme tshirt. Unfortunately, I'm very new to the niche and couldn't market it properly.
Facebook : searching cats page and commenting on that page about my new limited edition cats tshirt release. Also, I send some private messages to 'strangers' who love cats. Posted in on various page and redirect them to my teespring campaign.
Twitter : piinned at my wall and keeping the thread up every morning by commenting on the tweet
I made 6 designs on this cats niche. But have just released only 3 of them. Since I'm out of budget I couldn't advertise it via fb ads to selectively target my audience. Some techniques i've learn on udemy video course about teespringer from around the world and their succesful campaign.
So basically, you need to have good engagement in with audience of your niche. Promoting them as you were the admin of the page, not someone commenting on that page. That way you will earn credibility as an admin who recommended to their audiences.
Let say if you are not on that niche, you need to invest a bit to do advertising on facebook through targetted people with that interest. Or you might want to pay the fan page owner to ask them to post your campaign there.
I'm saying that my campaigns still haven't do any good.

Although my campaigns haven't reach the goals and unsuccess, this will be a great exposure and experience to me. Keep designing dear self!
