Do you love what you have right now? It might be your food, drinks, things or as long as it benefits the users can be shared to anyone you want. The joy of sharing something good to other people will bring you a longer peaceful of mind and the calmness you get.
But have you ever heard of "what you give, you get back"? Don't apply this just to make yourself feels thankful and appriciate what you have right now. When you are not hoping for any return, you will feel a lot more satisfaction and you are clear from any doubtful intentions. Share it sincerely like you would share it with your parents, your brothers and sisters. The person receive it will feeling cared and loved.
Share something everyday or maybe you can give anything as gift and believe that Allah, ya Rahmann ya Rahimm will never ignore your good deed. Have faith in Allah that all sustenance are from Him.
Smiling of the people you shared with can sometimes give you a lot of inspiration. It doesn't matter how much the price cost or how big you are sharing. But what matters are your kindness adn willing to share something that you have to other people. It is very uncommon to see people sharing something to strangers but some might consider sharing it to the one they know only. Any choice that you make, are still consider as sharing. Share something beneficial to others.
Sharing to your family and friends will tighten your relationship while sharing with strangers will increase your friends and widens your network.

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "He whose property exceed his needs, let him support the one whose property does not (meet his needs), and he whose food exceeds his needs, let him share it with those who do not have food." - Fiqh-us-Sunnah, 3:93C

Jabir reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The food of one person is enough for two, and the food of two people is enough for four, and the food of four people is enough for eight.”
