1. Reading
After a long tiring day of working, feed you brain with something relax and enjoyable book during your tea time. Reading can help you gain knowledges and having calming peaceful environtment for your mind. Avoid reading while you are lying on the bed as this will highly leads to sleep rather than reading. Sleeping during the evening is not recommended because it will result in feeling lazy and tiring.

2. Spend time with people you care about
Having some time together with someone you care the most will help you build strong connection with them. They are you source of inspiration. Do whatever you can like gardening, jogging, watching tv or even playing games as long as you are doing it together. These are the people that will listen to you through ups and downs of your life. Take good care of them by engaging with quality time spent rather than the quatity of time you make for them.
3. Free your mind from stress
Your worklife routines are stressful enough to make you feel down and tiring. Find a place in which you can be alone to calm your mind doing nothing, hear yourself breathing in deep and slow. Gratitude can be defined as the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness. Express your gratitude by writing on a piece of paper, posting on social media or simply talking to yourself. Not just expressing gratitude, you can also reflecting on the day to which you forgive everyone and thinking back the value for that day's event. This method is the best to keep you optimist constantly and to give you a relaxed, pleasant evening and a more energetic, productive day onward.
